Livingstone har agerat exklusiv finansiell r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garna av <\/strong>Sunaru AB<\/strong><\/a> (\u201dSunaru\u201d) vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till <\/strong>Eledas<\/strong><\/a> hel\u00e4gda dotterbolag,<\/strong> Craftor AB<\/strong><\/a> (\u201dCraftor\u201d). Aff\u00e4ren markerar n\u00e4sta steg i Sunarus framg\u00e5ngsrika tillv\u00e4xtresa och ger bolaget ytterligare styrka att forts\u00e4tta utvecklas, samtidigt som den st\u00e4rker Craftors marknadsposition och kapacitet inom sina strategiska segment.<\/strong><\/p>

Sunaru, med fokus p\u00e5 kraftdistribution, grundades 1998 och \u00e4r idag en ledande markentrepren\u00f6r i Storstockholmsomr\u00e5det, specialiserad inom el-och vatteninfrastruktur. Med en gedigen erfarenhet och h\u00f6g teknisk kompetens har bolaget byggt upp en stark marknadsposition och ett v\u00e4lrenommerat varum\u00e4rke. Bolaget har under de senaste \u00e5ren uppvisat stabil och l\u00f6nsam tillv\u00e4xt och \u00e4r idag en av de fr\u00e4msta akt\u00f6rerna p\u00e5 den svenska marknaden, med en oms\u00e4ttning om cirka 250 MSEK.<\/p>

Samg\u00e5endet mellan Sunaru och Craftor \u00e4r en naturlig utveckling av deras l\u00e5nga och framg\u00e5ngsrika samarbete. Genom att kombinera resurser, expertis och kapacitet kommer partnerna kunna leverera \u00e4nnu mer v\u00e4rde till sina kunder och forts\u00e4tta sin gemensamma expansion.<\/p>

\u201dSunaru och Craftor kompletterar varandra v\u00e4l och har byggt upp ett starkt samarbete under m\u00e5nga \u00e5r. Tillsammans blir vi en mycket stark akt\u00f6r p\u00e5 den nordiska marknaden. I samband med att vi skulle utv\u00e4rdera en ny \u00e4garstruktur valde vi att anlita Livingstone som finansiella r\u00e5dgivare d\u00e5 de har en l\u00e5ng erfarenhet och v\u00e4l f\u00f6rstod v\u00e5ra behov. Genom ett strukturerat arbete f\u00f6rs\u00e5g Livingstone oss med flera olika alternativ d\u00e4r valet slutligen f\u00f6ll p\u00e5 Craftor. Craftor \u00e4r en elkraftsentrepren\u00f6r som projekterar, bygger och underh\u00e5ller eln\u00e4t, b\u00e5de genom totalentreprenader och mindre uppdrag. Bolaget levererar alltid den b\u00e4sta tekniska l\u00f6sningen p\u00e5 ett effektivt och konkurrenskraftigt s\u00e4tt, med fokus p\u00e5 h\u00f6g kvalitet och h\u00e5llbarhet. Med en oms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 cirka 2 300 MSEK och omkring 190 anst\u00e4llda \u00e4r Craftor en betydande akt\u00f6r p\u00e5 den nordiska marknaden och \u00e4gs av Eleda-koncernen.<\/p>
