Livingstones Business Services-team har agerat r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garen av MJ Contractor vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till Storskogen. Livingstone har drivit en strukturerad process d\u00e4r teamets erfarenhet och transaktionsexpertis bidragit till ett framg\u00e5ngsrikt resultat.<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 Livingstone har agerat oerh\u00f6rt professionellt genom hela processen. Vi k\u00e4nde direkt ett stort f\u00f6rtroende och var hela tiden trygga med att de f\u00f6rstod vad som var viktigt f\u00f6r oss i aff\u00e4ren och de hade f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att leverera ett bra resultat<\/em>, s\u00e4ger Mikael Johansson<\/strong>, vd och grundare av MJ Contractor<\/a>.<\/p>

Aff\u00e4ren inneb\u00e4r att Storskogen<\/a> f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvar en majoritet av aktierna i MJ Contractor<\/a>. Tidigare \u00e4gare, Mikael Johansson, kommer att vara kvar som mindre del\u00e4gare och vd efter transaktionen<\/p>

MJ Contractor<\/a> \u00e4r ett anl\u00e4ggningsf\u00f6retag verksamt i Stockholmsregionen med projekt inom bland annat bygg-, mark- och anl\u00e4ggningsarbeten. F\u00f6retaget grundades 1993 av Mikael Johansson som beskriver utvecklingen de senaste \u00e5ren som positiv och ser goda f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r en fortsatt upp\u00e5tg\u00e5ende kurva med Storskogen som l\u00e5ngsiktig \u00e4gare.<\/p>

Storskogen<\/a> \u00e4r en privat\u00e4gd bolagsgrupp som f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvar och driver v\u00e4lsk\u00f6tta och l\u00f6nsamma bolag med ledande st\u00e4llning p\u00e5 sin marknad. Storskogen \u00e4r uppdelat i tre aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5den och best\u00e5r av ett 50-tal aff\u00e4rsenheter med totalt \u00f6ver 3200 anst\u00e4llda \u2013 varav mer \u00e4n tv\u00e5 tredjedelar utanf\u00f6r storstadsregionerna. Gruppens samlade oms\u00e4ttning uppg\u00e5r till cirka 10 mdkr.<\/p>

\u2013 MJ Contractor<\/em><\/a> \u00e4r ett ledande bolag i sin nisch med fortsatt stora utvecklingsm\u00f6jligheter. Storskogen har en mycket relevant portf\u00f6lj med n\u00e4rliggande bolag och med Storskogen som ny \u00e4gare f\u00e5r bolaget f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att forts\u00e4tta sin tillv\u00e4xtresa i en l\u00e5ngsiktig struktur som skapar stabilitet f\u00f6r tidigare \u00e4garen och bolagets anst\u00e4llda<\/em>, s\u00e4ger Zakaria Marakbi<\/strong><\/a>, Associate p\u00e5 Livingstone<\/strong>.<\/p>

Livingstones team fullf\u00f6ljer d\u00e4rmed ytterligare en transaktion inom Business Services, efter bland annat f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av NDS till Storskogen<\/a>, f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av San Sac Group till Sulo<\/a> och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av Cliniclands till Henry Schein<\/a>.<\/p>

Livingstone var exklusiv finansiell r\u00e5dgivare och Kanter<\/a> var juridisk r\u00e5dgivare till MJ Contractor<\/a> i
