Livingstone is pleased to announce the sale of Munch\u2019s Supply Co, Inc. to Rotunda Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity firm based in Washington D.C. and Chicago.<\/p>\n
Munch\u2019s is a leading distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. The third-generation family business operates out of seven branches in Chicago and Northwest Indiana, distributing heating and cooling supplies for trusted brands such as American Standard and Trane. Munch\u2019s is the premier source for HVAC equipment to area dealers and contractors throughout the greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana areas. Company CEO Robert Munch, as well as the rest of the management team, will remain at the helm of the growing company.<\/p>\n
