Livingstone har agerat r\u00e5dgivare vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av Stahl- und Plastic-Flanschen Handelsgesellschaft Lorenz GmbH & Co. KG. Bolaget ans\u00f6kte om konkurs tidigare i \u00e5r och\u00a0Livingstone anlitades, med godk\u00e4nnande av konkursf\u00f6rvaltaren Dr. Marc d\u2019Avoine, i juli f\u00f6r att initiera en strukturerad f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsprocess f\u00f6r att identifiera potentiella k\u00f6pare av verksamheten.<\/p>\n

Eugen Lorenz grundade bolaget 1961 och det \u00e4r idag specialiserat p\u00e5\u00a0grossistdistribution av fl\u00e4nsar, r\u00f6r, kopplingar, legerat och olegerat st\u00e5l och relaterade objekt. F\u00f6retaget omsatte cirka 14 miljoner euro 2014.<\/p>\n
