Kundbasen utg\u00f6rs fr\u00e4mst av ledande europeiska maskinverktygstillverkare. F\u00f6retaget har sitt s\u00e4te i Leipzig och syssels\u00e4tter cirka 100 personer. Bolaget f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvades av Mutares under 2010 fr\u00e5n tyska R\u00f6mheld Group.<\/p><p>Mutares har s\u00e5lt FTW till ett tyskt Family Office. Familjens bolagsportf\u00f6lj best\u00e5r av flera f\u00f6retag inom maskinindustrin med totalt \u00f6ver 400 anst\u00e4llda och med en omfattande global kundbas. F\u00f6rv\u00e4rvet utg\u00f6r ett i led i familjens vertikala integrationsstrategi och FTW st\u00e4rker ytterligare deras position p\u00e5 marknaden f\u00f6r maskindelar.<\/p><p>\u2013 Vi \u00e4r mycket glada \u00f6ver att ha agerat r\u00e5dgivare till Mutares AG igen, efter v\u00e5rt tidigare engagemang vid f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvet av FTW 2010. Sedan dess har Mutares intensivt underst\u00f6tt FTW och idag \u00e4r FTW en idealisk plattform f\u00f6r k\u00f6paren.
