Livingstone har agerat r\u00e5dgivare till ledning och \u00e4gare i Cardiff-baserade Lextox Drug and Alcohol Testing vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till den europeiska ledaren inom medicinska diagnostiktj\u00e4nster, SYNLAB.<\/p>\n

Lextox, som grundades av VD:n Nick Ralph, \u00e4r marknadsledande inom h\u00e5rbaserade tester och expertanalys f\u00f6r domstolar, advokater och lokala myndigheter involverade i familjer\u00e4tt och v\u00e5rdnadstvister. Bolaget grundades 2011, d\u00e5 med st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n en investerargrupp ledd av Cardiff-entrepren\u00f6ren Nick Williams.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Livingstone ledde en effektiv och konkurrensutsatt process som genererade p\u00e5tagligt intresse f\u00f6r bolaget. SYNLAB identifierades som det b\u00e4sta strategiska valet f\u00f6r Lextox och det b\u00e4sta valet f\u00f6r bolagets snabba expansionsfas. Livingstones team bidrog med konkreta r\u00e5d och st\u00f6d genom hela transaktionen. Lextox \u00e4r f\u00f6rstahandsvalet f\u00f6r fler \u00e4n 7 000 advokater och lokala myndigheter i Storbritannien.
