Livingstones skuldr\u00e5dgivningsteam har s\u00e4krat tillv\u00e4xtkapital f\u00f6r Android Industries, L.L.C., en global monteringsintegrat\u00f6r och supply-chain-manager f\u00f6r komplexa moduler. Livingstone agerade som exklusiv finansiell r\u00e5dgivare till Android genom att strukturera, arrangera och f\u00f6rhandla fram finansieringen.<\/strong><\/p>

Finansieringen bestod av en ABL revolver credit facility, utf\u00e4rdad av Bank of America med Wells Fargo Bank och J.P. Morgan Chase Bank som deltagare. Livingstone tog \u00e4ven upp tv\u00e5 terminsl\u00e5n \u2013 den f\u00f6rsta av Santander Bank med Wintrust Asset Finance Inc., MB Equipment Finance, L.L.C. och Suntrust Bank som deltagare, och den andra med Banco Santander (M\u00e9xico).<\/p>

Android<\/a> \u00e4r en global akt\u00f6r som tillhandah\u00e5ller tj\u00e4nster f\u00f6r OEMs inom bilindustrin i Nordamerika, Sydamerika, Europa och Asien med 26 anl\u00e4ggningar f\u00f6rdelade \u00f6ver de fyra kontinenterna.
