Livingstones Industrial-team har agerat exklusiv r\u00e5dgivare till aktie\u00e4garna i Ing. Hubert Maldaner GmbH<\/a> (Maldaner) vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av en majoritetsandel till brittiska Norman Hay Group<\/a>. Avtalsvillkoren f\u00f6r transaktionen har inte offentliggjorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ing. Hubert Maldaner GmbH<\/a> utvecklar patenterade l\u00f6sningar inom t\u00e4tning och impregnering av por\u00f6sa metallkomponenter och \u00e4r tillsammans med Internationale Metall IMPr\u00e4gnier GmbH (IMP) marknadsledande inom sin sektor. Med flertalet verkst\u00e4der \u00e4r bolaget en av de ledande leverant\u00f6rerna av impregneringstj\u00e4nster i Tyskland. Dessutom distribuerar Maldaner IMP:s impregneringst\u00e4tningsmedel och utvecklar egna impregneringsanl\u00e4ggningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Norman Hay<\/a>, med huvudkontor i Storbritannien, \u00e4r en globalt ledande akt\u00f6r inom tillverkning av specialkemikalier f\u00f6r industri, t\u00e4tning, ytbel\u00e4ggningar och processanl\u00e4ggningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Norman Hay<\/a> har f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvat majoriteten av Maldaner<\/a>, inklusive etableringarna i Langenfeld, Leipzig och Unterensingen, samt alla varum\u00e4rken och kundrelationer som tillh\u00f6r bolaget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
