Livingstone bidrog med v\u00e5r erfarenhet from tidigare transaktioner inom havresegmentet, assisterade vid positionering av investeringen och ledde slutligen en strukturerad f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsprocess.<\/strong><\/p><p>Brittiska Tate &amp; Lyle PLC har avyttrat sin verksamhet och produktionsanl\u00e4ggning f\u00f6r h\u00f6gf\u00f6r\u00e4dlade havrebaserade ingredienser i Kimstad till Lantm\u00e4nnen. F\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen \u00e4r i linje Tate &amp; Lyles strategi att fokusera p\u00e5 vardagslivsmedel. F\u00f6r Lantm\u00e4nnen \u00e4r f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvet ytterliga re ett steg i satsningen p\u00e5 vidaref\u00f6r\u00e4dling och \u00f6kad produktionskapacitet av havre. Verksamheten blir nu en del av division Energi inom Lantm\u00e4nnen.<\/p><p>\u2013 <em>Livingstone har varit en p\u00e5litlig och mycket engagerad r\u00e5dgivare.
