Livingstone acted as exclusive financial advisor to <\/strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/royaltruckbody.com\/\"><strong>Royal<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p><p><em>\u201cWe are thrilled with the outcome. Royal joins Spartan\u2019s Specialty Chassis and Vehicles business unit and, in recognition of the strength of the brand, will continue to go to market under the Royal Truck Body brand.<\/p><p>Spartan is the North American leader in specialty vehicle manufacturing and assembly for the commercial and retail vehicle industries.
