Livingstones Business Services-team har agerat r\u00e5dgivare till Accent Equity vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av San Sac Group till Sulo, \u00e4gt av det franska riskkapitalbolaget Latour Capital och den franska nationella investmentbanken Bpifrance. <\/strong><\/p>

Sulo SAS f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvar San Sac Group AB med m\u00e5let att bygga en ny europeisk ledare inom avfallshanteringsutrustning. Verksamheterna \u00e4r i h\u00f6g grad komplement\u00e4ra och f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvet ger b\u00e5de San Sac Group och Sulo positiva effekter i form av produktbreddning, geografisk t\u00e4ckning och kunddiversifiering.<\/p>

San Sac Group<\/a> \u00e4r den ledande leverant\u00f6ren av produkter f\u00f6r sortering, f\u00f6rvaring och komprimering av avfall i Skandinavien och en v\u00e4rldsledande tillverkare av vertikala balpressar. Bolaget har haft en stark organisk tillv\u00e4xt samt expanderat genom f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv och oms\u00e4tter idag cirka 1,8 miljarder kronor. San Sac Group har verksamhet i nio l\u00e4nder och \u00f6ver 500 anst\u00e4llda.<\/p>

Sulo<\/a> \u00e4r en ledande europeisk tillverkare och distribut\u00f6r av k\u00e4rl f\u00f6r insamling och sortering av avfall, i framf\u00f6rallt Frankrike och \u00f6vriga V\u00e4steuropa.
