Livingstones Business Services-team har agerat r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garna av <\/strong>Biototal<\/strong><\/a> vid majoritetf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till <\/strong>MVI<\/strong><\/a>. <\/strong>Biototal<\/strong><\/a>-koncernen har framg\u00e5ngsrikt vuxit till att bli en ledande akt\u00f6r inom cirkul\u00e4ra bi- och restprodukter i Sverige och s\u00f6kte nu en finansiell majoritets\u00e4gare f\u00f6r att accelerera tillv\u00e4xten, b\u00e5de organiskt och genom f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv.<\/strong><\/p>

Biototal<\/a> grundades 2006 och \u00e4r en marknadsledare inom cirkul\u00e4r v\u00e4xtn\u00e4ring med fokus mot jordbrukssektorn. \u00c4nda sedan starten har Jan Nystedt och Tomas Kjellquist satt lantbrukarens behov i centrum och utvecklat produkter och tj\u00e4nster f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbar livsmedelsproduktion. Bolaget erbjuder sina kunder r\u00e5dgivning kring v\u00e4xtn\u00e4ring och v\u00e4xtodling och levererar flertalet olika naturliga v\u00e4xtn\u00e4ringsprodukter. Biototal<\/a> har sin bas i Vreta Kluster utanf\u00f6r Link\u00f6ping och f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas i \u00e5r oms\u00e4tta cirka 100 miljoner kronor.<\/p>

\u2013 Vi har k\u00e4nt ett stort f\u00f6rtroende f\u00f6r Livingstones team, som framg\u00e5ngsrikt fokuserat p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt saker och lett en strukturerad process. Tack vare deras stora kontaktn\u00e4t lyckades vi hitta en mycket bra partner till <\/em>Biototal<\/em><\/a>. <\/em>MVI<\/em><\/a> kommer kunna accelerera <\/em>Biototal<\/em><\/a> till n\u00e4sta niv\u00e5 samt bidra till f\u00f6retagets kultur \u2013 n\u00e5got som varit en mycket viktig fr\u00e5ga f\u00f6r oss. Genom <\/em>Biototals<\/em><\/a> kunskap \u00e5terf\u00f6rs \u00e4ven \u00e4ndliga resurser s\u00e5som kv\u00e4ve och fosfor till kretsloppet, vilket \u00e4r direkt avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att kunna g\u00e5 mot ett h\u00e5llbart samh\u00e4lle. Livingstone satsar starkt p\u00e5 milj\u00f6sektorn och vi tror p\u00e5 en fortsatt konsolidering av marknaden<\/em>, s\u00e4ger Marcus \u00c5str\u00f6m, Associate Director p\u00e5 Livingstone.<\/strong><\/p>

Livingstones team fullf\u00f6ljer d\u00e4rmed ytterligare en transaktion inom milj\u00f6sektorn, efter bland annat f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av San Sac Group till Sulo och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av Milj\u00f6vision till Norva24.<\/p>
