Livingstones Business Services-team har agerat r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garna av Nordic Drilling System (NDS) vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till Storskogen. Livingstone har drivit en strukturerad process d\u00e4r teamets erfarenhet och transaktionsexpertis bidragit till ett framg\u00e5ngsrikt resultat.<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 Fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rsta m\u00f6tet med Livingstone har vi haft n\u00e4ra kontakt och samarbetet har fungerat utm\u00e4rkt genom alla steg i processen. Tillg\u00e5ngen till deras n\u00e4tverk av k\u00f6pare tillsammans med deras erfarenhet av att driva auktionsprocesser var direkt avg\u00f6rande faktorer f\u00f6r en lyckad aff\u00e4r<\/em>, s\u00e4ger Fredrik Pierre<\/strong>, vd och grundare av NDS<\/a>.<\/p>

Aff\u00e4ren inneb\u00e4r att Storskogen<\/a> f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvar en majoritet av aktierna i NDS<\/a>. De tidigare \u00e4garna, Fredrik Pierre och Anders Bj\u00f6rklund, kommer att vara kvar som mindre del\u00e4gare efter transaktionen. I samband med transaktionen kommer Anders Bj\u00f6rklund att tilltr\u00e4da som VD.<\/p>

NDS<\/a> grundades 2001 och \u00e4r ett entreprenadf\u00f6retag specialiserat p\u00e5 schaktfritt ledningsbyggande (styrd borrning) under mark. Ut\u00f6ver styrd borrning utf\u00f6r bolaget \u00e4ven traditionell schaktning f\u00f6r mindre arbeten. Bolaget har en unik och ledande marknadsposition inom styrd borrning och erbjuder sina tj\u00e4nster \u00f6ver hela Sverige med 15 anst\u00e4llda. NDS<\/a> oms\u00e4tter idag cirka 50 miljoner kronor och besitter v\u00e4ldigt god l\u00f6nsamhet.<\/p>

Storskogen<\/a> \u00e4r en privat\u00e4gd bolagsgrupp som f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvar och driver v\u00e4lsk\u00f6tta och l\u00f6nsamma bolag med ledande st\u00e4llning p\u00e5 sin marknad. Storskogen \u00e4r uppdelat i tre aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5den och best\u00e5r av ett 50-tal aff\u00e4rsenheter med totalt \u00f6ver 3200 anst\u00e4llda \u2013 varav mer \u00e4n tv\u00e5 tredjedelar utanf\u00f6r storstadsregionerna. Gruppens samlade oms\u00e4ttning uppg\u00e5r till cirka 10 mdkr.<\/p>

\u2013 NDS<\/em><\/a> \u00e4r ett sp\u00e4nnande och ledande bolag i en mycket intressant nisch med stora m\u00f6jligheter. Storskogen blir en bra \u00e4gare utifr\u00e5n sitt nuvarande \u00e4gande av Tofta G\u00e5rd Borrteknik och sitt l\u00e5ngsiktiga perspektiv i att \u00e4ga och utveckla bolag,<\/em> s\u00e4ger <\/strong>Zakaria Marakbi<\/strong><\/a>, Associate p\u00e5 Livingstone<\/strong>.<\/p>

Livingstones team fullf\u00f6ljer d\u00e4rmed ytterligare en transaktion inom Business Services, efter bland annat f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av San Sac Group till Sulo, f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av Trellegr\u00e4v AB till Storskogen, och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av Cliniclands till Henry Schein.<\/p>
