Livingstones Consumer-team har agerat r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garna av Top Swede Konfektion AB vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till B\u00e5stad-Gruppen. Med utg\u00e5ngspunkt i s\u00e4ljarnas \u00f6nskem\u00e5l har Livingstone drivit en strukturerad process d\u00e4r teamets erfarenhet och transaktionsexpertis bidragit till ett framg\u00e5ngsrikt resultat.<\/b><\/p>\n

Aff\u00e4ren inneb\u00e4r att B\u00e5stad-Gruppen <\/a>f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvar samtliga aktier i Top Swede.<\/a> De tidigare \u00e4garna, Jonas Sj\u00f6lander och Teresa Hadzic, kommer att vara fortsatt verksamma i bolaget och bli kvar som del\u00e4gare i B\u00e5stad-Gruppen.<\/a><\/p>\n

Top Swede <\/a>grundades 1998 med m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningen att bli en ledande leverant\u00f6r av personlig skyddsutrustning i Sverige. Idag erbjuder Top Swede <\/a>en komplett produktportf\u00f6lj inom yrkes- och profilkl\u00e4der i eget varum\u00e4rke, samt skyddsskor via externa varum\u00e4rken. Under 2020 omsatte Top Swede <\/a>ca 145 miljoner SEK d\u00e4r det egna varum\u00e4rket stod f\u00f6r den st\u00f6rsta andelen av f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsvolymen.<\/p>\n

\u2013 <\/b>Jonas och Teresa har etablerat Top Swede <\/a>som ett mycket starkt varum\u00e4rke med en komplett produktportf\u00f6lj och respekterat anseende i marknaden. Bolagets snabbfotade organisation i kombination med B\u00e5stad-Gruppens<\/a> bredd och n\u00e4tverk kommer att g\u00f6ra den sammanslagna gruppen till en v\u00e4ldigt stark leverant\u00f6r av yrkes- och profilkl\u00e4der, s\u00e4ger Daniel Ohlsson, Partner p\u00e5 Livingstone<\/p>\n

B\u00e5stad-Gruppen <\/a>\u00e4r idag en av Nordens ledande leverant\u00f6rer av arbetskl\u00e4der, skydds- och yrkesskor, med f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning via \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare i hela Europa. B\u00e5stad-Gruppen<\/a> \u00e4gs av Storskogen<\/a>, en privat\u00e4gd f\u00f6retagsgrupp som i dagsl\u00e4get oms\u00e4tter dryga 10 miljarder SEK.<\/p>\n

Livingstones team fullf\u00f6ljer d\u00e4rmed ytterligare en transaktion inom Consumer-sektorn, efter bland annat majoritetsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av <\/u>Loviseberg Presseri till SEB Private Equity<\/u><\/a>, f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av INR till danska Dansani<\/u><\/a> och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av Cliniclands till Henry Schein<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n
