Livingstone har agerat r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garna av <\/strong>Maxmoduler<\/strong><\/a> vid majoritetsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till <\/strong>Polskenet<\/strong> Invest<\/strong><\/a>. <\/strong>Maxmoduler<\/strong><\/a> har framg\u00e5ngsrikt vuxit till att bli en ledande akt\u00f6r inom modulbyggnader i Sverige och kommer nu forts\u00e4tta tillv\u00e4xtresan i Norden och ytterligare expandera produkterbjudandet av s\u00e5 kallade h\u00f6gklassmoduler, till framf\u00f6r allt skol- och f\u00f6rskoleverksamhet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maxmoduler<\/a> grundades 2007 och designar, producerar och s\u00e4ljer kundanpassade arbetsbodar och moduler. Bolagets kunder \u00e5terfinns prim\u00e4rt inom sektorerna bygg, kontor, bost\u00e4der och skolor. Maxmoduler<\/a> har sin bas i Lycksele i Norrland och omsatte 2020 cirka 180 miljoner kronor.<\/p>\n

Polskenet Invest<\/a> grundades 2017 och \u00e4r ett investmentbolag med en stark koppling till Norrland och det norrl\u00e4ndska n\u00e4ringslivet. F\u00f6retaget investerar i sm\u00e5 och medelstora f\u00f6retag i Norrland som oms\u00e4tter mellan 25\u2013250 miljoner kronor.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Teamet fr\u00e5n Livingstone har lett en strukturerad och professionell process som resulterat i en lyckad transaktion. Polskenet Invest<\/a> kommer kunna accelerera Maxmoduler<\/a> till n\u00e4sta niv\u00e5 samt bidra till f\u00f6retagets norrl\u00e4ndska arv \u2013 n\u00e5got som varit av betydande vikt vid val av partner, s\u00e4ger Christer Hedlund, VD och del\u00e4gare i Maxmoduler<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 ett mer flexibelt byggande, b\u00e5de vad det g\u00e4ller boenden och offentliga lokaler, \u00f6kar. Med Polskenet Invest<\/a> som ny majoritets\u00e4gare har Maxmoduler<\/a> m\u00f6jlighet att kapitalisera p\u00e5 den trenden och ytterligare expandera b\u00e5de geografiskt och inom nya anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den, samtidigt som Bolaget beh\u00e5ller sin norrl\u00e4ndska sj\u00e4l, s\u00e4ger Henrik Widlund, Partner p\u00e5 Livingstone.<\/p>\n

Livingstones team fullf\u00f6ljer d\u00e4rmed ytterligare en transaktion inom industrisektorn, efter bland annat f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av Beneli till Volati<\/a> och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av Albin Components till Storskogen<\/a>.<\/p>\n
