Tillsammans med 19 andra kylteknikf\u00f6retag ing\u00e5r nu LL:s Kylteknik i Sveriges ledande grupp f\u00f6r tekniska energil\u00f6sningar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ll-kylteknik.se\/\">LL:s Kylteknik<\/a> grundades 1979 och \u00e4r verksamma inom installation och service av kyl-, frys- och luftkonditioneringsanl\u00e4ggningar. Bolaget utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n Kristianstad och \u00e4r fr\u00e4mst verksamt i Sk\u00e5ne och Blekinge. Bolaget har idag 25 anst\u00e4llda och en oms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 cirka 80 miljoner kronor. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ll-kylteknik.se\/\">LL:s Kylteknik<\/a> kommer att bibeh\u00e5lla sitt varum\u00e4rke och \u00e4garna kvarst\u00e5r i sina operativa roller efter transaktionen.<\/p>\n<p>Genom Nordic Climate Group skapas en stark och framtr\u00e4dande akt\u00f6r inom projektering, installation och service av kyla och v\u00e4rme med kringtj\u00e4nster p\u00e5 den svenska marknaden. Redan fr\u00e5n start best\u00e5r Nordic Climate Group av 20 kylteknikf\u00f6retag samt 12 franchisetagare, de senare fr\u00e5n TESAB som ocks\u00e5 ing\u00e5r i gruppen. Tillsammans oms\u00e4tter gruppen 1,3 miljarder kronor och har cirka 500 medarbetare. Capillar innehar drygt 50% av aktierna i Nordic Climate Group. Nuvarande \u00e4gare i de lokala bolagen beh\u00e5ller s\u00e5ledes fortsatt ett betydande \u00e4gande av gruppen som helhet.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ll-kylteknik.se\/\">LL:s Kylteknik<\/a> \u00e4r ett v\u00e4ldigt fint bolag som utvecklats starkt senaste \u00e5ren. Genom att nu tillh\u00f6ra en grupp av drivna entrepren\u00f6rer med djup kunskap och en h\u00f6g grad av nyfikenhet i teknikutveckling, s\u00e5 kommer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ll-kylteknik.se\/\">LL:s Kylteknik<\/a> att ges ytterligare m\u00f6jligheter att utvecklas som bolag tillsammans med ledning och medarbetare, s\u00e4ger Tomas Lind, Senior Advisor p\u00e5 Livingstone.<\/p>\n<p>Livingstone fullf\u00f6ljer d\u00e4rmed ytterligare en transaktion inom Business Services-sektorn, efter bland annat <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/ibs-byggnadsstallningar-forvarvas-av-xervon\/\">f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av IBS Byggnadsst\u00e4llningar till Xervon<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/sv\/transactions\/livingstone-radgivare-till-tm-konsult-nar-afry-starker-sitt-bygg-och-fastighetserbjudande-i-norra-sverige\/\">f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av TM
