Livingstone Partners’ services sector team advised SchneiderGolling & Cie. AG and investors affiliated with the company on the sale of assona GmbH Berlin.<\/p>\n

assona GmbH is a leading insurance underwriter i.e. Managing General Agent\u00a0 for annex insurance in Germany and Austria, especially in the consumer electronics and e-bike sectors.
\nWith over 100 employees at its location in Berlin, assona offers cover and warranty extensions for mobile and stationary electronics via trade organization, leasing companies or via e-commerce.<\/p>\n

The acquirer is a leading Fintech that is strategically expanding its business activities through the acquisition.<\/p>\n

SchneiderGolling has strengthened the management team of assona over the past 8 years and broadened the product offering and distribution channels. For further strategic development, the new owner offers additional approaches and will actively support assona to grow further and gain additional market share.<\/p>\n
