Det snabbv\u00e4xande bolaget har med hj\u00e4lp av att kombinera sitt erbjudande inom b\u00e5de ritningsbundna komponenter och kompletta system lyckats etablera en unik position p\u00e5 en traditionell marknad. Bolaget har med sina cirka 55 anst\u00e4llda byggt upp ett starkt team som nu f\u00f6rbereder sig f\u00f6r en fortsatt expansiv fas med \u00f6kade volymer och nya kundm\u00f6jligheter.<\/p>\n<p>Transaktionen inneb\u00e4r att <a href=\"https:\/\/novedo.se\/\">Novedo<\/a> f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvar samtliga aktier i <a href=\"https:\/\/provideu.com\/overview\/\">ProvideU<\/a>, samtidigt som tidigare \u00e4gare f\u00f6rblir engagerade i bolaget. Entrepren\u00f6rerna Fredrik Forngren och Mikael Rehnberg kommer efter transaktionen dessutom att g\u00e5 in som del\u00e4gare i <a href=\"https:\/\/novedo.se\/\">Novedo<\/a> vilket inneb\u00e4r att de f\u00e5r m\u00f6jlighet att vara med p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 parallella tillv\u00e4xtresor.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Med erfarenhet av teamet i Livingstone fr\u00e5n tidigare transaktion, var valet l\u00e4tt n\u00e4r vi skulle v\u00e4lja finansiell r\u00e5dgivare till <a href=\"https:\/\/provideu.com\/overview\/\">ProvideU<\/a>. Under hela processen k\u00e4nde vi ett stort engagemang, kunskap, f\u00f6rst\u00e5else och f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att s\u00e4tta sig in i v\u00e5r bransch. Vi \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 glada att <a href=\"https:\/\/novedo.se\/\">Novedo<\/a> blev k\u00f6paren, ett sp\u00e4nnande bolag d\u00e4r vi nu tillsammans ska utveckla bolagen, s\u00e4ger Mikael Rehnberg, grundare av <a href=\"https:\/\/provideu.com\/overview\/\">ProvideU<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vi \u00e4r glada som f\u00e5tt f\u00f6rtroendet att hj\u00e4lpa Mikael och Fredrik i f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av <a href=\"https:\/\/provideu.com\/overview\/\">ProvideU<\/a>. De har byggt en v\u00e4ldigt fin nischad verksamhet som nu ges \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar i <a href=\"https:\/\/novedo.se\/\">Novedo<\/a>, s\u00e4ger Henrik Widlund, Partner p\u00e5 Livingstone.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/novedo.se\/\">Novedo<\/a> \u00e4r en privat\u00e4gd f\u00f6retagsgrupp som sedan 2021 f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvar och utvecklar f\u00f6retag d\u00e4r entrepren\u00f6ren b\u00e5de vill s\u00e4lja sitt bolag och driva det vidare. <a href=\"https:\/\/provideu.com\/overview\/\">ProvideU<\/a> blir gruppens 14:e bolag, som totalt har ca 770 anst\u00e4llda och oms\u00e4tter ca 1,2 Mdkr proforma. <a href=\"https:\/\/novedo.se\/\">Novedo<\/a> planerar f\u00f6r en b\u00f6rsintroduktion under f\u00f6rsta halv\u00e5ret 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Livingstone var exklusiv finansiell r\u00e5dgivare och <a href=\"https:\/\/wearehansen.se\/\">Hansen Advokatbyr\u00e5<\/a> var juridisk r\u00e5dgivare till s\u00e4ljarna av <a href=\"https:\/\/provideu.com\/overview\/\">ProvideU<\/a> i samband med transaktionen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Livingstone har agerat r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garna av ProvideU vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till f\u00f6retagsgruppen Novedo.
