Livingstone har agerat som exklusiv finansiell r\u00e5dgivare till s\u00e4ljaren, Abdon Group<\/a>. Genom transaktionen har Leipurin<\/a> f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvat 100% av aktierna i Kobia<\/a>. Genom f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvet ut\u00f6kar Leipurin sin geografiska r\u00e4ckvidd, kommer in p\u00e5 den svenska marknaden och blir en nyckelakt\u00f6r inom produktion och distribution av bageriprodukter i Sverige.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kobia \u00e4r grundat 1918 och agerar som en fullsortimentsdistribut\u00f6r och producent p\u00e5 den svenska konditori- och bagerimarknaden med kunder i hela Norden med ett prim\u00e4rt fokus p\u00e5 den svenska marknaden. Bolaget var f\u00f6re transaktionen en del av Abdon Group, en familje\u00e4gd koncern baserad i Helsingborg med en stark position som en av de ledande producenterna p\u00e5 den svenska spannm\u00e5lsmarknaden.<\/p>\n

Leipurin har en liknande, och lika l\u00e5ng, historia som Kobia d\u00e5 b\u00e5da bolagen grundades av bagerier. Leipurin agerar som en producent och distribut\u00f6r av konditori- och bageriprodukter i Finland, bolagets kunder \u00e5terfinns i hela \u00d6stersj\u00f6omr\u00e5det och genom transaktionen st\u00e4rker Leipurin sin position i Sverige. Leipurin \u00e4r ett dotterbolag till Aspo, ett konglomerat som fokuserar p\u00e5 kr\u00e4vande B2B l\u00f6sningar i norra Europa.<\/p>\n
