Livingstone Partners has advised the founders and owners of <\/strong>M-Brain<\/strong><\/a> as financial advisor in connection with <\/strong>Monterro\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> investment as a new majority investor and partner for the further growth of the company.<\/strong><\/p>

M-Brain s a global provider of competitive and market intelligence solutions and enables companies worldwide to gather external market insights and internal knowledge in one place, enabling them to make intelligent strategic decisions faster. This is achieved by utilizing the company\u2019s AI supported content delivered via Intelligence Plaza, a comprehensive platform for efficient management and dissemination of insights.<\/p>

M-Brain addresses the increasing flow of global information available to companies by scanning over 3.5m online sources daily and identifying, summarizing, and analyzing the key insights for each customer. M-Brain differentiates from most competitors by utilizing cutting edge technology in combination with human intelligence to generate relevant insights.<\/p>

The company has 190 employees, is headquartered in Helsinki and has offices in Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Singapore and Malaysia.<\/p>

M-Brain owners including apart from the founders among others Finish pension fund Ilmarinen<\/a>, the state-owned Finish investment fund Innovestor<\/a> and the Swedish insurance company Veritas<\/a> decided to look for a long-term software-experienced financial investor who can support the further growth of the company with know-how and capital.<\/p>

Following an intensive selection process, the Nordic B2B software investor Monterro has been selected. It is Monterro’s mission to turn Nordic software companies into market leaders by actively supporting its portfolio companies in all aspects of growth.<\/p>
