Livingstone has advised the e-commerce service provider PVS<\/a> EUROPE Group on the acquisition of SOLLER Fulfillment GmbH and padis GmbH<\/a> as exclusive M&A advisor. SOLLER Fulfillment operates an e-commerce fulfilment center with a floor space of 7,000 m\u00b2 in the greater Hamburg area.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The PVS Group<\/a> is a leading e-commerce service provider owned by the German IT and BPO group Beck-Gruppe<\/a>. In addition to e-commerce fulfilment services, PVS<\/a> offers marketplace services, customer care, digital marketing services and IT services for e-tailers in Germany and Europe.<\/p>\n

To this end, PVS<\/a> operates warehouses with a total floor space of 120,000 m2<\/sup> at six locations in Germany, where it handles around 10 million product shipments for more than 100 customers per year. Its main customers include well-known brands such as Payback, Playmobil, Faber-Castell, Chrysler Jeep, and M\u00fcller.<\/p>\n

As one of the leading still independent providers of fulfillment services in Germany, PVS<\/a> \u2013 against the backdrop of a consolidating market for e-commerce services \u2013 is aiming for volume growth and the expansion of its geographic footprint, also through acquisitions.<\/p>\n

The acquisition of SOLLER enabled PVS<\/a> to extend its coverage to northern Germany, where it had not previously been present, and secured a warehouse site close to the port of Hamburg.<\/p>\n

Livingstone supported PVS<\/a> as buy-side advisor with the identification of suitable target companies and the execution of related M&A transactions. In this respect Livingstone has also supported PVS<\/a> with SOLLER and padis<\/a> transactions, which were successfully completed in four weeks.<\/p>\n
