Queka Real Partners<\/strong><\/a> has become a shareholder in the Valencian company <\/strong>Factory Colch\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>, a specialist in the retail of mattresses and sleep products. Livingstone Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor for the transaction.<\/strong><\/p>

Founded in 2004, Factory Colch\u00f3n is a leading Spanish company in the design and distribution of sleep products. The Company sells through its stores and its own e-commerce channels. Factory markets its own brands, including Viscolch\u00f3n\u00ae, Viscoair\u00ae, Viscolch\u00f3n Salud\u00ae, Viscosoja\u00ae, GelMax\u00ae and Cool Fresh\u00ae.<\/p>

With the philosophy of making the most innovative sleep products accessible to everyone, Factory Colch\u00f3n currently operates in two Spanish regions, Madrid and Valencia, with almost 50 stores and growing online sales. With the aim of becoming a national benchmark and starting with international activity, it has incorporated the investment group Queka Real Partners as a shareholder.<\/p>

Queka is a Spanish private equity firm that combines more than 50 years of experience investing in private equity, partnering with entrepreneurs and management teams in order to implement a solid development and sustainable growth strategy. Its objective is to collaborate in the expansion and growing of Factory Colch\u00f3n, contributing its experience and know-how.<\/p>

With the incorporation of Queka, Factory Colch\u00f3n plans to grow in regions where it does not currently have a presence and to this end will implement an expansion plan to become a national leader in its sector, as well as initiate its international presence.<\/p>

Factory Colch\u00f3n\u2019s financial advisors in the transaction were Livingstone Partners<\/a> and EY<\/a> as tax and mercantile advisors.
