The company also offers training courses and seminars focused on the insurance sector. Inese was a subsidiary of Wilmington plc, a listed British group that provides high quality information &amp; data with a complementary range of training &amp; education solutions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indescapital.com\/?page=home&amp;lang=en\">Indes Capital<\/a> is an investment vehicle that provides active involvement in its portfolio companies. With this transaction, Inese joins the Indes Capital portfolio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Richard Shamsi<\/strong>, COO of Wilmington plc commented: <em>\u201cThis divestment is in line with our strategic plan and is a further milestone on Wilmington&#8217;s roadmap.
