Genom transaktionen har J2L f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvat 100% av aktierna i Rehobot AB, moderbolag f\u00f6r Rehobot Hydraulics AB och Simson Power Tools AB.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rehobot.se\/sv\/\">Rehobot Hydraulics<\/a>, baserat i Eskilstuna, utvecklar, tillverkar och s\u00e4ljer innovativa produkter och system inom h\u00f6gtryckshydraulik f\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndning inom service- och underh\u00e5llsapplikationer. Bolaget, som \u00e4r marknadsledande i Norden, exporterar sina produkter \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden med f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning i ett 50-tal l\u00e4nder. Rehobot Hydraulics r\u00f6tter str\u00e4cker sig till 1924 och har sedan dess erbjudit produkter och l\u00f6sningar som inkluderar h\u00f6gtryckshydrauliska pumpar, cylindrar, verktyg och r\u00e4ddningsutrustning. Rehobot Hydraulics har, genom systerbolag, egna f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningskontor och lager i USA och Storbritannien.<\/p>\n<p>I gruppen ing\u00e5r \u00e4ven <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simsonpowertools.com\/sv\/\">Simson Power Tools<\/a>, baserat i Hofors, som redan i mitten av 1950-talet utvecklade en hydraulisk domkraft som f\u00f6renade l\u00e5g vikt med h\u00f6g lyftkapacitet. Under \u00e5rtiondena sedan dess har mycket f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats, \u00e4ven om principen \u00e4r densamma: att f\u00f6rena stor kraft med god design och h\u00f6g kvalitet.
