Livingstone har agerat exklusiv M&A-r\u00e5dgivare till <\/strong>Helix Kapital<\/strong><\/a> (Helix) vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av <\/strong>Holms Attachments<\/strong><\/a> (Holms), Europas ledande tillverkare av h\u00f6gkvalitativa redskap f\u00f6r v\u00e4gunderh\u00e5ll, till <\/strong>Ejendal Invest<\/strong><\/a>. Ledningen kommer att forts\u00e4tta att utveckla f\u00f6retaget tillsammans med den nya \u00e4garen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Holms \u00e4r en ledande tillverkare av h\u00f6gkvalitativa redskap f\u00f6r v\u00e4gunderh\u00e5ll med ett brett produktutbud av sopvalsar, sn\u00f6plogar och sopmaskiner. F\u00f6retaget grundades 1927 och hade 2022 en oms\u00e4ttning som uppgick till cirka 150 miljoner SEK. F\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen sker i Norden, delar av Europa, Amerika och Asien, genom b\u00e5de \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare och unika samarbeten med ledande globala OEM-akt\u00f6rer. Huvudkontor och tillverkning finns i Motala och antalet anst\u00e4llda uppg\u00e5r till cirka 50 stycken.<\/p>\n

Helix \u00e4r en svensk investeringsfond som investerar i l\u00f6nsamma, h\u00f6gkvalitativa sm\u00e5bolag i Norden. Fokus ligger p\u00e5 f\u00f6retag med h\u00e5llbara konkurrensf\u00f6rdelar och starka marknadspositioner med potential till strategiska och operationella f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar, d\u00e4r Helix som partner kan bist\u00e5 med att \u00f6ka takten och uppn\u00e5 dess fulla potential. Genom att vara en aktiv \u00e4gare som bidrar med b\u00e5de kapital och kompetens medverkar Helix till att skapa l\u00e5ngsiktigt v\u00e4rde tillsammans med f\u00f6retagsledningen.<\/p>\n

Verksamheten i Ejendal Invest startade 2022 och bygger vidare p\u00e5 en framg\u00e5ngsrik resa som entrepren\u00f6rsf\u00f6retag tack vare Ejendals, idag Nordens ledande f\u00f6retag inom skyddsskor och skyddshandskar. Bolaget grundades 1949 av Valfrid Ejendal och \u00e4gs fortfarande av familjen och Valfrids barnbarn. Ejendal Invest har ett l\u00e5ngsiktigt \u00e4garperspektiv och kan bist\u00e5 verksamheter med strategisk utveckling, f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv och internationell expansion.<\/p>\n
