Livingstone acted as exclusive financial advisor to TSD. Transaction terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TSD Global, headquartered in Carmel, IN, has been a trusted business process outsourcing (&#8220;BPO&#8221;) partner to blue-chip organizations for over 30 years, providing best-in-class sales, customer service, back-office services, and cross-selling capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>The Company&#8217;s contact centers, located in the U.S., Philippines, and South Africa, feature state-of-the-art, multi-channel contact center technology (i.e., voice, email, chat, etc.), which improves work efficiency and enhances customer experience.
