Livingstone har agerat r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garna av <\/strong>Trejon F\u00f6rs\u00e4ljnings AB<\/strong><\/a> (Trejon) vid avyttringen till <\/strong>Volati ABs<\/strong><\/a> handelsverksamhet, <\/strong>Salix Group<\/strong><\/a>. Baserat p\u00e5 bolagets starka varum\u00e4rke och position p\u00e5 marknaden har Livingstone lett en aktionsprocess vilken genom teamets gedigna kunskap i sektorn resulterat i en framg\u00e5ngsrik transaktion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Livingstone har agerat exklusiv M&A-r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garna av Trejon. Transaktionen markerar b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 en sp\u00e4nnande ny era f\u00f6r Trejon, d\u00e4r f\u00f6retaget \u00e4r inst\u00e4llt p\u00e5 att forts\u00e4tta sin tillv\u00e4xtresa och utveckling under aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5det Lantbruk, Skog & Tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd. F\u00f6rv\u00e4rvet \u00e4r ett till\u00e4ggsf\u00f6rv\u00e4rv till Salix Group och tillsammans med den befintliga verksamheten i Kellfri st\u00e4rker transaktionen gruppens position inom skogs- och lantbruksmaskinsegmentet, samt skapar synergier inom flera omr\u00e5den.<\/p>\n

Trejon \u00e4r en ledande producent och distribut\u00f6r av maskiner och redskap inom lantbruk, skogsbruk och entreprenad. Med en stolt historia som str\u00e4cker sig tillbaka till 1940-talet i V\u00e4nn\u00e4s har bolaget skapat en robust grund som en betrodd och p\u00e5litlig partner inom sin sektor. Bolaget har \u00f6ver 75 f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsst\u00e4llen i Sverige samt Europa, med en total oms\u00e4ttning uppg\u00e5ende till cirka 300 miljoner kronor under 2022\/23.<\/p>\n

Tillv\u00e4xt genom f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv \u00e4r en viktig del i Volatis strategi f\u00f6r att skapa l\u00e5ngsiktig v\u00e4rdetillv\u00e4xt.
