Genom denna transaktion blir Broviken ny huvud\u00e4gare och kommer tillsammans med gamla \u00e4garna utveckla Bolaget till n\u00e4sta niv\u00e5 genom att expandera b\u00e5de organiskt och genom strategiska f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv.&nbsp; <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p><p>&nbsp;Gullers Grupp \u00e4r en ledande byr\u00e5 i Sverige som s\u00f6ml\u00f6st bryggar klyftan mellan kommunikation och strategi. Bolaget \u00e4r dedikerade till samh\u00e4llsfr\u00e5gor och f\u00f6r att hitta l\u00f6sningar som bidrar till dialog och f\u00f6rst\u00e5else inom fyra vertikaler: ber\u00e4ttande, ledarskap, teknologi och h\u00e5llbarhet. Gullers Grupp bildades 1989 och hade r\u00e4kenskaps\u00e5ret 2022\/2023 en oms\u00e4ttning som uppgick till cirka 385 miljoner SEK.
