Livingstone har agerat exklusiv finansiell r\u00e5dgivare till \u00e4garen av <\/strong>Sensec AB<\/strong><\/a> och dess dotterbolag (\u201dSensec\u201d) vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till <\/strong>Priveq<\/strong><\/a>. Genom f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen f\u00e5r Sensec en ny partner som kan accelerera bolagets tillv\u00e4xtresa, st\u00e4rka det redan robusta erbjudandet och forts\u00e4tta leverera l\u00f6sningar som m\u00f6ter samh\u00e4llets snabbt f\u00f6r\u00e4nderliga s\u00e4kerhetsbehov.<\/strong><\/p>

Sensec har sedan grundandet etablerat sig som en nordisk ledare inom tekniska s\u00e4kerhetsl\u00f6sningar riktade mot bland annat flygplatser, tull, polis, r\u00e4ttsv\u00e4sende samt andra myndigheter och privata akt\u00f6rer med h\u00f6ga krav p\u00e5 s\u00e4kerhet. Under 2025 uppgick oms\u00e4ttningen till cirka 170 MSEK, samtidigt som bolaget vunnit betydande upphandlingar p\u00e5 den norska marknaden – inklusive stora avtal med Avinor och ytterligare myndigheter.<\/p>

Priveq har i \u00f6ver 40 \u00e5r investerat i l\u00f6nsamma tillv\u00e4xtbolag. Aff\u00e4rsid\u00e9n \u00e4r att skapa v\u00e4rde genom l\u00e5ngsiktiga investeringar och ett aktivt \u00e4garskap i onoterade tillv\u00e4xtf\u00f6retag. Priveq har fram till idag f\u00f6rvaltat n\u00e4rmare 13 miljarder kronor och har tillsammans med dess medarbetare genomf\u00f6rt \u00f6ver 140 investeringar samt lotsat 29 portf\u00f6ljbolag till en b\u00f6rsnotering.<\/p>
