Livingstone is pleased to announce that its Benelux team acted as M&A advisor in the sale of <\/strong>Vredo<\/strong><\/a> to <\/strong>Apicem Investments<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vredo, based in Dodewaard, is a leading Dutch manufacturer of agricultural machinery, specialising in overseeding machines, self-propelled slurry injectors, and precision technology for the agricultural sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apicem is a Dutch investment company, headquartered in Vught, that focuses on sustainable growth and value creation in mid-market industrial and technology companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The acquisition by Apicem marks a new chapter for Vredo. Together, they will focus on carefully shaping the new organisational structure and strengthening Vredo\u2019s position within the international agricultural sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
