Livingstone is pleased to announce that its client MMK Logistics<\/a> (\u201cMMK\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) has been recapitalized by a private investor. The transaction closed in July 2026; terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based in Elgin, IL, MMK has emerged as a leading logistics partner for beverage alcohol wholesalers and other specialty goods providers by providing a full suite of temperature-controlled inventory, warehousing, and delivery coordination services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
