Andy is a Partner, Co-Chairman of Livingstone’s Global Board of Directors, and Co-Head of Livingstone’s Industrial practice. He is also a member of Livingstone Investment Committee. He joined Livingstone in 2011 to lead and build out the firm’s global industrial practice.
During his 30+ year career, Andy advised and transacted with multi-national publicly traded corporations, US and European private equity firms, privately held family-owned and entrepreneur-led businesses, and family office investors. Andy has closed over 100 transactions, including both sell-side and buy-side transactions.
As co-head of Livingstone’s Industrial M&A team, Andy’s practice focuses on industrial technology and advanced manufacturing companies with specific sector expertise in test & measurement, testing, inspection and certification, industrial distribution, flow control, and electric components, along with other highly engineered products companies.
Prior to Livingstone, Andy was a Principal with Deloitte Corporate Finance, a Director at Anderson Corporate Finance, and held various positions with GE Aerospace.
