Andrew is a Partner in Livingstone’s Global Industrials Group, which covers a broad range of sub sectors including Industrial Technology and Engineered Products and Services. He has over 20 years of experience advising middle market companies on M&A transactions, capital raises, and valuation-related matters.
Andy joined Livingstone in 2011. Prior to Livingstone, he was a Managing Director and led the Midwest Region of Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he completed numerous domestic and cross border transactions. He began his career at General Electric where he completed its FMP program.

Livingstone’s Industrial sector team has advised the shareholders of Apache Hose and Belting Company, Inc., the national market leader in the fabrication of hose, belting, cut and molded rubber, and industrial consumer products, on its sale to Motion Industries, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of NYSE-listed Genuine Parts Company.
