Joseph Greenwood

Joe is a Partner specialising in Livingstone’s Special Situations practice, which helps clients develop, evaluate, and execute a range strategic alternatives in troubled situations.  He has over 14 years of experience in restructuring, distressed M&A, and financial advisory.  He has advised public and private companies in and outside chapter 11, as well as DIP lenders, creditors’ committees, and private equity sponsors.

Prior to Livingstone, he was one of three founding members of William Blair’s Restructuring Group. He was also a Vice President at Mesirow Financial Consulting.  He is a CPA and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
