He advises strategic and financial investors as well as owner-led and upper mid-sized companies, where transactions are frequently succession-driven.<\/p>\n<p>Prior experience: Before joining Livingstone in March 2025, Maximilian began his career in the Investment Banking \/ M&amp;A division of the German private bank Berenberg and gained further M&amp;A experience at EY, Santander Corporate &amp; Investment Banking and Fortlane Partners.<\/p>\n<p>Internationally experienced: Maximilian regularly executes cross-border transactions with strategic and financial investors, who are frequently based in North America and Asia as well as across Europe.
