With the CEO\u2019s acquisition and industry expertise, the company will be well-positioned to proactively address the market challenges and continue its growth trajectory.<\/strong><\/p><p>Established in 1997 as a provider of spraying guns and other industrial painting accessories and equipment, as well as installation and maintenance services, Spraytech is today one of the top five Italian producers of machinery and lines for leather spraying in the tanning industry. Spraytech\u2019s product portfolio includes, among others: &lpar;i&rpar; complete spraying lines, &lpar;ii&rpar; spraying booths, &lpar;iii&rpar; electronic saving systems and &lpar;iv&rpar; spraying guns. Since 2018, the majority stake has been owned by the private equity firm <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.itagopartners.it\/\">ITAGO s.g.r.<\/a> &lpar;\u201cITAGO Partners\u201d&rpar;, previously Banca Finint.<\/p><p>Livingstone provided comprehensive support to ITAGO Partners and the other shareholders of Spraytech, including identifying potential domestic and international investors, leading negotiations, and managing all phases of the sale of 100% of Spraytech\u2019s shares.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spraytech was a portfolio
