Transaction terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p><p>CloudBilling is a leading B2B SaaS platform for cloud FinOps and (cloud) cost management for service providers and enterprises, untangling complex billing structures and environments. The platform integrates all data sources to create a clear, comprehensive, and fully automated invoicing solution.<\/p><p>CloudBilling\u2019s platform is focused on billing, business intelligence, and customer portals. The platform provides a complete cloud management solution from a billing perspective, utilising validated billing data. With the usage of this validated billing data, it generates a vast amount of high-quality data which can be used for gaining insights and creating useful dashboards. These insights are not only made available to CloudBilling\u2019s customers, e.g. managed service providers, but also to the end-customer of these managed service providers.<\/p><p>With the funds that CloudBilling raised it is ready for an accelerated roll-out, both in existing geographical markets as well as new ones. Additionally, the new funds enable CloudBilling to further increase their technological lead.<\/p><p>The transaction was signed in March
