Livingstone\u2019s healthcare team advised <\/strong>Elevate Hospice <\/strong><\/a>(\u201cElevate\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a leading provider of comprehensive hospice care across Kansas and Missouri, on its sale to <\/strong>Legacy Hospice<\/strong><\/a>, a portfolio company of <\/strong>Bain Capital Double Impact<\/strong><\/a>.  Livingstone served as the exclusive financial advisor to the Company.<\/strong><\/p>

Elevate, which is based in Independence, Missouri, has built a prominent position in Kansas and Missouri where it operates three locations and delivers personalized hospice care to more than 225 patients per day. The Company combines clinical expertise with emotional and spiritual support, offering 24\/7 staff availability, in-home services, respite care, and essential medical equipment to meet the full spectrum of end-of-life needs for patients and their families.<\/p>

Legacy Hospice, which was acquired by Bain Double Impact in November 2025, is a leading provider of hospice services across five states in the Southeast with a specialized focus on in-home care in rural markets.<\/p>
