Headquartered in Russellville, Kentucky, Sensus Precision Die Casting is a leading supplier of lightweight,\u00a0low-porosity, high-pressure aluminum die castings to the transportation market in North America.<\/p><p>Since\u00a0its founding in 1956, SPDC has provided a comprehensive portfolio of aluminum die cast solutions for\u00a0compressor, brake, steering and powertrain applications to a blue-chip customer base comprised of global\u00a0OEMs and Tier I auto suppliers.<\/p><p>\u201cWe needed an advisor that understood the capital needs of our business along with the growth strategy\u00a0going forward and Livingstone ran a comprehensive process that produced several options which met\u00a0our objectives,\u201d said Andy John, a Managing Director at Calvert Street Capital Partners. \u201cWe selected The PrivateBank, and we worked with them to structure a financing that is appropriate for the\u00a0business and provides us with ample liquidity for future
