Founded in 1986 by Dr. Andreas Spiegelberg, the company develops and supplies medical equipment for the monitoring of intracranial pressure, which is distributed in over 40 countries.<\/p><p>SHS is a specialist Healthcare and Life Sciences sector investor managing a \u20ac120m &lpar;$ 84m&rpar; growth capital fund.<\/p><p>Jochen Hense, Managing Partner at Livingstone D\u00fcsseldorf added: &#8220;We strongly believe that with SHS we found the best possible investor who will support the future internationalization strategy of the company and at the same time agreed upon favorable and fair contractual terms with the sellers and management, which will stay with the company post closing.&#8221;<\/p><p>Closely following on from The GADA Group growth recapitalization earlier this month, this deal further reinforces Livingstone\u2019s growing record in the medical devices space, having completed six transactions across Healthcare sector in 2011 so
