Livingstone was the exclusive financial advisor to HawkeyePedershaab. Transaction terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p><p>Founded in 1915, HawkeyePedershaab designs, engineers, and manufactures capital equipment for the production of concrete pipe, box culverts, and manholes.
