Livingstone served as the exclusive financial advisor to IDV. IDV, founded in 2004, is a leading provider of threat assessment and operations visualization software.<\/strong><\/p><p>The Company\u2019s primary product, Visual Command Center &lpar;\u201cVCC\u201d&rpar;, displays an integrated picture of external threats and events overlaid with an organization\u2019s people, assets, and supply routes, along with other contextual information to enable timely assessment and operational response. VCC improves an organization\u2019s ability to more quickly understand and assess the impact of threats, execute the correct response, and monitor on-going resolution in order to mitigate risk to personnel safety, business continuity, assets and supply chain operations.<\/p><p>Everbridge Inc., is a global software company that provides critical communications and enterprise safety applications that enable customers to automate and accelerate the process of keeping people safe and businesses running during critical events. IDV\u2019s VCC application will form a key component of the industry\u2019s first Critical Event Management TM &lpar;CEM&rpar; platform for dynamically assessing, responding to, and managing the resolution of the wide range of threats and disruptions which impact organizations\u2019 daily operations.<\/p><p><strong>IDV Chief Executive Officer Mark Morrison<\/strong> said, <em>\u201cLeveraging Everbridge\u2019s deep and complementary technical capabilities will enhance our ability to provide even more strategic value and expertise to our customers.
