Storskogen<\/strong><\/a> has acquired a majority of the shares in <\/strong>Trellegr\u00e4v AB<\/strong><\/a>. The company\u2019s founders, Jonas and Stefan J\u00f6nsson, will remain as minority owners and continue to take part in managing the business. Trellegr\u00e4v\u2019s operations will become part of the contracting & infrastructure<\/em> segment within the business services<\/em> business area at Storskogen, where it will have ample opportunity for continued growth and development.<\/strong><\/p>

The clients comprise large companies in construction and infrastructure. Trellegr\u00e4v has some 50 employees and annual turnover for 2018 amounted to SEK 180 million.<\/p>
