Livingstone is pleased to announce that its client <\/strong>Stratus Group, LLC<\/strong> (\u201cStratus\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) has been acquired by <\/strong>NDH Advisors LLC<\/strong><\/a> (subsequently rebranded as Prosperity Partners, LLC<\/a>, “Prosperity”), a portfolio company of <\/strong>Unity Partners LP<\/strong><\/a> (\u201cUnity Partners\u201d).\u00a0 The transaction closed in November 2023; terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Established in 2002 and located in Leawood, Kansas, Stratus provides tax and outsourced accounting services to high-net-worth individuals and small businesses. In addition to the firm\u2019s tax focus, Stratus provides services such as estate planning, succession planning, cash flow reporting and bill pay, recordkeeping, and money manager selection and evaluation. The firm is led by founder Courtney Jones, who possesses extensive industry experience from a 22-year career at Deloitte and will continue actively involved in the business.<\/p>\n

With offices in Chicago and Philadelphia, Prosperity provides tax advisory, tax consulting, tax preparation, outsourced back-office accounting, fractional CFO and start-up business services.<\/p>\n

Lathrop GPM served as the legal advisor to
