Livingstone Partners welcomes Matteo Invernizzi to strengthen M&A team in Italy

Livingstone is pleased to announce the expansion of its Italian office with the addition of Matteo Invernizzi, who has joined as Partner and is based in Milan, strengthening the firm’s cross-border M&A practice with a particular focus on the Consumer, Retail, Luxury, Shipping and Packaging sectors.

With over 25 years of M&A experience — 20 of which were spent in London — Matteo has held senior roles at leading global investment banks, including Lazard and Morgan Stanley, where he led advisory coverage in the Retail & Luxury sectors. He also worked at Banca IMI and Crédit Agricole in Milan, returning to Italy three years ago to continue his career in M&A.

His track record includes complex cross-border transactions across Italy, the UK, France, Spain, Poland, The Netherlands, and South Africa, supporting small, medium, and large corporates through origination and high-value execution.
