Andrew Bozzelli

Andrew Bozzelli specialises in M&A and Special Situations. While at Livingstone, he has developed a particular focus in the Media & Technology and Security sectors, while leading other transactions across the Industrial, Consumer, Distribution and Healthcare sectors.

Andy has over 10 years of transaction and financial advisory experience including cross-border sell-side and buy-side M&A, equity and debt capital raising, and special situations such as §363 sales, article 9 sales and state receiverships.

Prior to Livingstone, Andy was at Tax Manager at KPMG where he spent five years advising on tax compliance and issues related to U.S. and international equity and debt investments. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
