Isac has been part of Livingstone’s team in Stockholm since 2019. He has close to 20 years’ experience from working with M&A at Livingstone and, prior to that, Grant Thornton Corporate Finance.
Isac has a broad transaction track record from a number of sectors and industries and has completed some 40 deals in the last 10 years. During his time with Grant Thornton, Isac managed transactions such as the sale of tech consultant Knightec to Adelis, the sale of petrol chain Qstar to DCC plc, and the sale of the innovative construction company Byggdialog to Sobro.
At Livingstone, Isac works as a specialist in the Business Services and Media & Technology teams.
