Jim Moskal

Jim is a Partner specialising in Livingstone’s Healthcare Services group, which covers a broad range of products and services. He has over 17 years of experience advising public and private companies on all phases of M&A and capital market transactions.

Jim has extensive expertise in home health, physical therapy, physician practices, and laboratory services. Prior to Livingstone, he was a Director at Lazard Middle Market and an Associate at Lehman Brothers. He began his career at Arthur Andersen.
