Jorge Tuñí joined Livingstone in 2014 and has been a Partner at the firm in Spain since 2020.
Since joining Livingstone, Jorge has been part of the deal team on more than 20 successfully closed transactions, advising a range of clients including family-owned businesses, multinational groups, financial investors, and both domestic and international private equity funds. He has built a strong career at Livingstone, progressing from Associate to Partner. His expertise lies in advising on buy- and sell-side mandates for industrial companies, with a particular focus on the building materials and chemicals sectors.
Jorge began his professional career at Deloitte in Valencia in 2006, initially in the Audit division before joining the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. During his time at Deloitte, he worked on numerous due diligence processes, business valuations, debt restructuring projects (IBRs), and business modelling assignments across both industrial and service sectors.
He holds a combined undergraduate and Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, completed between 2001 and 2005. In 2005, he also took part in a university exchange programme at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
