Stephen Miles

Stephen leads Livingstone’s Business Services & Environmental Services practices. He has 20 years of experience advising mid-market companies on M&A transactions, financial restructurings, and debt and equity raises. Before co-founding Livingstone Chicago, Stephen was a Managing Director at both Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and Goldsmith Agio Helms & Co. (Lazard Middle Market).

He previously worked with mid-market companies in a variety of advisory capacities at Bank of America and Morgan Keegan, and via principal activities at Harbour Group and Foundation Partners.
